35ml Isle of Harris Gin
25ml Tawny Port
20ml Bergamot Liqueur
Garnish
Orange Wheel
Methodology:
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.

Add a large ice block and garnish with an orange wheel.
Notes:
An alternative take on the Gneiss Negroni using Tawny Port for a warmer drink of more depth.
Multi-layered, composite and robust. We've named our take on the classic Negroni after Lewisian Gneiss, the 3.2-billion-year-old rock that forms the Outer Hebrides.
