ISLE OF HARRIS

TIDAL STRENGTH GIN

EXCLUSIVE TO GLOBAL TRAVEL RETAIL

BRING HOME THE WILD SPIRIT OF THE OUTER HEBRIDES

Isle of Harris Tidal Strength Gin is bottled at the higher strength of 49.5% ABV elavating the botanical complexity of our award-winning spirit and enhancing even more of its maritime character.

Infused with hand-harvested sugar kelp from local sea lochs and distilled in small batches in the Outer Hebrides, this gin remains true to its coastal nature while delivering more intense aromatics and bolder flavours.

Only available in UK duty-free outlets, our new dram offers a bolder taste of the island, crafted especially for those seeking something exclusive and deeply rooted in the elemental nature of Harris.

Launching 2nd July 2025 in global travel retail outlets at Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports, this special expression will also be available within Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester airports shortly after.

FRESH, INTENSE, BRACING

FOR A BOLDER TASTE OF THE ISLAND

Our distillery’s first exploration of its much loved gin has been developed with classic cocktails in mind, particularly those where the spirit takes centre stage: such as the martini.

The result is a fresh and bracing gin, with extra dryness from the juniper, stronger fruit and floral notes, and a lasting citrus, slightly spicy, finish with invigorating maritime intensity.

The Tidal Martini

50ml Isle of Harris Tidal Strength Gin

10ml Wermod GB Dry Vermouth

5ml Gordal Olive Brine

Sushi Nori

2-3 Drops of Sugar Kelp Aromatic Water

Combine Isle of Harris Tidal Strength Gin, vermouth, olive brine, a small strip of nori sushi and the aromatic water in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir for 60 seconds to chill and strain into a chilled Harris Martini glass. Garnish with a square of nori on the rim of the glass.

All the well-loved Isle of Harris Gin flavours remain to the fore but with additional dryness from the juniper. This is offset by bolder botanical aromatics, particularly the fruit and floral notes with a spice which adds to the overall intensity. The maritime note is very refreshing alongside bracing sea side aromas and a citrusy sweet liquorice finish.”
