Join us behind the scenes of The Hearach distilling process. Where culture, passion and craftsmanship come together.

Led by our knowledgeable local host, you'll explore the distillery and gain insightful details of our production methods in an interactive and engaging way - along with some captivating local stories from Harris.

In true 'enemies of average' fashion, we begin our tour with the tasting, ensuring your senses are fully immersed from the start.

Step into our Flavour Room, where you'll experience the whisky's journey from grain to spirit. Enjoy a dram of The Hearach Single Malt, the first legal whisky from Harris, followed by an exclusive Hearach Oloroso Cask expression.   

After the tasting, we'll guide you through the rest of the distillery, concluding with a behind-the-scenes look at our bottling process - where every drop of our spirit is prepared for the world to enjoy. 

Everything we do is For, With and From Harris - and we can't wait to share it with you. 

Please note: For health and safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted on this tour. Due to being a working distillery, there may be periods that tours are unable to access the production area due to cleaning or maintainence work. The distillery production is not operational on a Saturday.
