1. Eligibility
   The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have received and tasted a sample of The Hearach single malt whisky from Whisky 52 and completed the corresponding feedback survey. Entrants must reside in the United Kingdom. Proof of age and identity may be required.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the official survey provided by Isle of Harris Distillers Ltd. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Opening and Closing Dates
   The prize draw opens on 17.04.25 and closes at 19.05.25 Surveys submitted after the closing date will not be eligible for entry.

4. The Prize
   One winner will be selected at random to receive an Isle of Harris Hamper, which includes: 

   • The Hearach Single Malt First Release Batch

   • The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured Single Malt Batch 1

   • Isle of Harris Gin

   • Sugar Kelp Aromatic Water

   • Bespoke Tumbler Glass Set

   • Branded Tote Bag

   • Isle of Harris Distillery Pin Badge

   • The Hearach Ceramic Water Pourer

   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Data Protection
   Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Isle of Harris Distillers’ Privacy Policy. Your survey responses will be used solely for research and improvement purposes.

7. General
   Isle of Harris Distillers Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
