THE ISLE OF HARRIS GIN BAR - UPSTAIRS AT CAFÉ GANDOLFI
A SENSE OF PLACE
A new Isle of Harris Gin Bar will be opening this Autumn, as we invite you to experience a Sense of Harris in the heart of Glasgow.
Tucked away in the cosy attic above Seumas MacInnes' legendary Café Gandolfi, we'll be bringing guests an intimate Isle of Harris experience, where stories can be shared, connections created, and rare chance offered to enjoy the simple island pleasures in life.
Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening up until mid-December 2020 we'll have a menu of expertly crafted cocktails, blending Isle of Harris Gin with innovative techniques, each designed to evoke a sense of the Outer Hebrides and the place we're proud to call home.
Guests will also enjoy some hand-prepared, small and simple seafood bites and tasters from the Gandolfi kitchen.
Each evening will be hosted by the distillery ambassadors Iona Cairns and Calum Barker tasked with telling our island stories, and a dedicated bartender will ensure you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy some of our famous Hebridean hospitality.
An Isle of Harris Gin pop-up shop will also be open during the day on Wednesdays and Saturdays selling bottles of Isle of Harris Gin, gift sets and glassware, all available in good time for Christmas.
Finally, a unique Harris Tweed tailoring service will be available by appointment, giving first access to our new, bespoke men's and women's jackets, designed and fitted in collaboration with Scottish designer Judy R. Clark using our own Harris Tweed cloth.
More details (and surprises!) to be announced soon.
The evening events will be a ticket-only affair, please see below for info on how to secure yours.
